My phone case is cracked, can I get a replacement?

I just want to know if Apple would replace it. The phone isn’t damaged. I didn’t post this to get accused of things I didn’t do. The phone was in my pocket and when I took it out those marks were on it. I had the phone case for maybe 24 hours when this happened. I wasn’t near any chemicals or own any chemicals that would do this and I don’t know why you’d think that I’d buy a phone case to only abuse it with chemicals. If you can stick to answering the given question without placing blame I’d appreciate it.
