Iphone 11 Black Screen Frozen

Hi Apple Team,

My iPhone 11 this evening (2/1/23) all of a sudden froze and has a black screen. It shows the date and time, flashlight button, and camera button on the home screen. I am not able to do anything with my phone, the screen is completely frozen. I tried to troubleshoot the problem by holding the on and off button on the right side of the phone. I also tried to click both volume buttons quickly. Nothing is working. I have the phone on a charger, but it is not charging my phone.

(1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

(2) If the above does not work then - Follow the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ If your iPhone is Non-Responsive or Frozen and see if that helps.
