Apple’s predictive text and AI is progressively getting worse

I have iPhone 14 pro with the latest iOS 16.3. What I find progressively worse and frankly annoying is a phone thinking it knows better than me what I am stating and or changing my text words to whatever it wants EVERY TIME. NO, it’s not exaggeration either.

I spend more time apologizing to recipients of my text messages for Apple choice of words versus what I actually type. It’s beyond frustrating and frankly embarrassing, especially when I’m communicating via text to clients.

How to stop this nonsense??
