Predictive text and word change

Hi, Ive just set up my new iphone 16 Plus and I've turned off predictive text yet whether I'm writing reminders or sear hing on google or whatever, it's still predicting!! I also setting a reminder for say, Buy Dylon, a fabric dye I use alot, it will constantly change it to Dylan, which is one of the highlighted words that appear for some reason. I've turned everything off in settings but it's still at it and driving me mad. Any ideas? Cheers, C
