Why does my Apple phone only display irrelevant president names when I type the word “president”
Trump’s name has never been displayed even back in 2017.
How can I remove irrelevant president names from the word suggestion list and add Trump?

Predictive text suggestions are based on a combination of preexisting knowledge, and learning from what you type. The more you use other words following president, the more your iPhone will suggest those words over the built-in knowledge.

The more often you type the word you want, the more likely it is to be suggested. At least, that's my understanding of how it works.
The relevancy of the suggestions is a matter of opinion.
