Can't Share Internet USB LAN Ethernet on MacOS Ventura

I recently had an issue with sharing my connection to WIFI from USB Ethernet LAN and I am unable to share my connection because the USB Ethernet not showing up in the options; just the Thunderbolt Bridge.

Are there any ideas to get this working? because I need to share my connection. I have tried many tricks but nothing helps. I am using MacOS Ventura.

The device selection appears disabled. Is you Mac managed by a company or school or other entity?

Try turning Internet Sharing off, then configure it with it off.
