No "cellular data network" menu on iphone 14

Hello everyone!

I'm trying to set my SIM-card's APN,

but there is no "cellular data network" menu when I go to Settings - Cellular.

Can anyone help me with this?

Cellular data option is missing on my iPhone 16 Plus I have recently found out that if I open my setting>cellular, I cant find the "Cellular Data Options" on my iphone 16 plus, all I see is the "Celluar Data" and "Personal Hotspot". I cant event switch to use 4G or 5G and cant toggle on/off the VoLTE. I already tried to restart my phone twice and already downloaded the latest ios update on my iphone. There is no Cellular option in my iPhone 14 I can not turn on Personal Hotspot and there is no Cellular option in Settings menu. Is there any one in community with same problem and how did you resolve it?

Did you insert your SIM, before you started the setup process? All settings will be inserted automatically in that case.
