-clearaccountpolicies Removes all of the account policies for the

specified user. If no user is specified,

removes the global account policies.

The firewall has nothing to do with it.

Here is a man page for it, but it doesn’t show how to delete the policy.

In Terminal, you can try, “man pwpolicy” to see if there are more options or hints.

Is there a way to view this value? If so, what does a new macOS user account have for the value?
