If you cannot move the SIM card, contact your telephone carrier for help.

All US iPhone 14 models are eSIM only, so (here) transferring the cellular plan happens via your carrier.

If you're located elsewhere, swap the SIM over: Remove or switch the SIM card in your iPhone - Apple Support

Contact your cellular carrier to get your service moved over to the new phone.
