Need a RN/Medical Professional Watch Face

It’s crazy how long I have seen posts about this problem and Apple has not tried to fix it. I don’t understand why they can’t make a special face that keeps the second hand no matter what. Let it run my battery down, that will be my choice. MAKE US A SPECIAL FACE. I hate having to wear a regular watch during shift because my Apple Watch doesn’t do what I need.

I don't have an Apple Watch to test this, but your query might have been answered by two earlier discussions.

Here fieryjack explains how to keep the display active longer (up to 70 seconds) and here squareman suggests the same and to use Siri to start a timer.

Yes I am aware of that fix and it’s not sufficient. If you move during the 70 seconds and hand will disappear prematurely. You can’t always then raise your wrist again to make it reappear while taking vitals. It’s just very problematic and would seem to be a simple fix on Apples part.
