Recovering recently deleted iCloud photos

I instructed iCloud to delete my photo library. It said I have 30 days to recover them. I would like to undo this action (restore them to the iCloud and the Photos apps across all my devices.) How do I?

"Recently Deleted" Album:

Check your Recently Deleted album, and see if they reside in there.

Accessing Recent Deleted:

  1. Open: Photos App
  2. Tap: Albums (Bottom of Screen)
  3. Tap: Recently Deleted (Bottom of Screen)
  4. Tap: the Photo
  5. Tap: Recover (Bottom-Right of Screen)
  6. Tap: Recover Photo button
  7. Tap: < Albums (Top-Right of Screen)
  8. Scroll Up: to Albums (Top of Screen)
  9. Tap: Show All (Right of Screen)

"It's not in Recently Deleted, I instead deleted them through iCloud (not through the app) by canceling my iCloud storage and instructing iCloud to discard them. They said 'OK, we'll do that, but you have 30 days to come back and change your mind.'"
