iPad Volume increases on its own

My iPad Pro volume increases automatically, I tried hard reset, resetting my settings and have updated to the latest version but the problem is still persisting. Anyone experiencing the same?

Hey there shaadhir,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. To get started, you've done some great troubleshooting already to isolate the issue.

From here, does the issue occur when you have any wired or Bluetooth accessories connected to your iPad Pro? If unsure, try disconnecting any wired accessories and turning off Bluetooth in Settings > Bluetooth, and see if the issue persists.

If the issue persists, or if you don't have any accessories connected to your iPhone, do you by chance use VoiceOver? If so, try turning off Volume in Settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver > Rotor, restart your iPhone one more time, and test the issue once more.
