I can’t login to old Apple ID I had to wipe this phone and start over how do I make sure not me else is making unauthorized purchases on my Apple account I received a call from Amazon about 1000$ charges

My icloyd was hacked all passwords changes and charges were made in my name I need my old account flagged and deleted

Are you sure the phone call was really from Amazon and it wasn't phishing?


Scams (e-mail, text messages, and phone calls) are getting very good at closely imitating true Apple communications. Always be cautious. Here are some guidelines:
