FaceTime replaced with MS Teams HELP

I just discovered that I can no longer FaceTime my niece who I FaceTime at least once a week. It seems the FaceTime video icon has now been replaced by MS Teams. If I hold down the video button the only option it gives me is teams. It does not give me a choice between FaceTime or teams. I am not sharing my contacts with teams and everything was fine until I tried to FaceTime her today. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Hi Lmp0525,

To make sure we're on the same page, is Microsoft Teams installed on your iPhone? If so, did this behavior only occur after installing it? Remove apps from iPhone - Apple Support

Also, if you open the FaceTime app and attempt to initiate a call from there, are you able to do so?
