Issue about the verify Wechat payment

Hello, my apple store country is China Mainland but I am in Canada right now. (I used to change those two countries because some of the apps are in China's apple store and some of them are in Canada). Today I want to change back to the Canada apple store but it failed because it shows that the payment of the current apple store (China Mainland) failed to verify. I verify several times but it still shows failed, it never happened before, and when I click the payment method it shows "To avoid interruptions to your subscriptions and purchases, verify your payment information or add a new payment method". I did have any subscriptions right now and I change to the other payment method (Alipay), but it still failed. I don`t know what the matter is. Thank you

We want to help you get the payment updated for your new region.

Make sure you're using these steps to update your payment details:

"Update your payment method on your iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Payment & Shipping. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
  4. Tap Add Payment Method, enter the new payment method, then tap Done.
  5. Tap Edit.
  6. Tap the red delete button next to the old payment method, then tap Delete."
