macOS caches 107 gb of Other Users

Hello I am using a m1 mbp with 256gb of storage, and 16gb of unified memory.

I was noticing that my disk space was starting to fill up a bit quicker than usual and I went to check my storage only to notice that 107 gb was cached into a "Other Users" category. I recently was given this device as a hand me down and still has the primary owners account WHICH was cleared of everything and has no icloud sync.
