I can't see my iPhone Photos on my computer

I am trying to take some photos that I took for work off my phone and put them on a flash drive and I am not seeing them when I open my photos on my iPhone to my PC.

iPad Pro, iOS 11

It's actually a PC that I cannot see my photos.
