can anyone answer my question I have an iPhone and I am able to make phone calls and send text messages however, I am unable to receive any phone calls or text messages. I am told by family members that it sends them straight to voicemail and text messages do not even go through. I have spent hours on the phone with text support My phone is still doing the same thing. Can anybody tell me what could be causing this issue?
Obvious answer would be "Do Not Disturb" is turned on (or set to 1 Hour DND or something).
Other than that, did you see if you somehow turned your phone number off from your Apple ID's "Reachable at" settings (Under Name, Phone, Email)?
