After updating to iOS 16.5 my iPhone 11 dropping calls and sometimes can’t send messages as sms ( sms is turned on but iPhone telling me it’s not). Can’t text to my family as a group message, telling me to turn sms on, but it’s on. My wife and I talked to bunch of our clients (we are in cosmetology industry) and many of them said that they started experience same problem with dropped calls or problems with text. Please help

Troubleshooting Phone Call Not Going Through:
A. Whom to Contact:
Contact your Carrier, if calls are not going through, as they are the one sho provide you with the service of Calling.
B. Calls: If you can't Make or Receive Calls On your iPhone - Apple Support
C. Report this to Apple
Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come.
