Iphone 13 Pro max having screen freeze

hi, My I phone 13 pro max, which I bought from Dubai just 13 months back, crashed two days back with a screen freeze and a green glow. what to do?

Troubleshooting a iPhone's Screen:


A. Troubleshooting a Third-Party-Purhased iPhone:

If this was purchased in-person, then return this to the seller, requesting a refund. If this was purchased from a third-party (i.e. a seller on eBay), then contact the site, seeing if the seller can be held accountable.


B. Troubleshooting a Frozen iPhone:

Start with a Force Restart:

Being Stuck in a Boot Loop:

Your iPhone might be stuck in a boot loop. This typically happens when you unsuccessfully download somethings or an install stalls.  So, refer to my User Tip: How to Fix an iPhone in a Boot Loop - Apple Support
