I can’t update or download any apps because it says my account is disabled. What do I do?

I have went through apple support before over a charge that was made to my card and I contacted my bank instead of apple which disabled my account, but now I haven’t made any subscriptions or payments since then and my account is disabled again and I don’t know what to do.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", there is a problem with your payment method on your account, to resolve the problem you need help from Apple support,  click -> contact Apple Support for help.
