Payment ganceled problem

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Hicran , and I am writing to request a refund for an App Store purchase I made.
I recently downloaded an application on the App Store, and after using it for a limited time, the app required payment to continue using it. However, I was not satisfied with the app and would like to request a refund.
The details of the transaction are as follows:
Name of the app: instant heart rate : HR monitor or name Heart rate Free
Date of Purchase: I don't remember the download date (( but the free version ends on February 5th
Amount Charged: 59.99 usd
I would appreciate if you could process a refund for me as soon as possible. If there is any additional information you need from me, please let me know.
