im using Apple TV 4K 64GB second Gen and there is a show tittled “ Triviaverse” on Netflix and when I truly to play it, it says the interactive features for this show is not supported on the device.. I tried contact Netflix support and they are saying that showing it’s not supported on Apple TV and that I must use, iPhone,iPad or IPad with newer version of Netflix app and all use chrome cast devices…
has anyone came across this issues ?

It is Netflix that codes the Netflix app editions for all the platforms where it is available.
Apple doesn’t develop apps for third party publishers.
Netflix programming with interactive features are not compatible with Apple TV boxes. Consider a different supported device or smart TV app, if you have that available.
