im using Apple TV 4K 64GB second Gen and there is a show tittled “ Triviaverse” on Netflix and when I truly to play it, it says the interactive features for this show is not supported on the device.. I tried contact Netflix support and they are saying that showing it’s not supported on Apple TV and that I must use, iPhone,iPad or IPad with newer version of Netflix app and all use chrome cast devices…
has anyone came across this issues ?

It is Netflix that codes the Netflix app editions for all the platforms where it is available.
Apple doesn’t develop apps for third party publishers.
