Pop3 Configuration

In my attempt to migrate from Outlook for Mac to Mail, using Ventura, I want to configure as POP3. I have searched and can't find anything telling me how to do this and appears to automatically setup as IMAP. For my reasons, I want to stay with POP3. Is there a way to do this or do I need to stay with Outlook? I hope all my prep to make this change wasn't for naught because I have spent hours upon hours recreating my contacts, reminders, etc. and email is my last item to migrate.

Moving along, I actually setup as Other and was able to setup as Pop3. Sorry for the inconvenience. Changing over and learning new apps oddities are so much fun. I am sure more questions to come as I now start trying to setup folders & rules.
