Microsoft App Crash after Migration from Intel to M1 Mac

Any of Microsofts apps are crashing after migrating from an intel MacBook to a new m1 MacBook. I have used CleanMyMac to uninstall and remove junk files and re-installed them to correct this issue. I have also reinstalled Rosetta 2 in case of a compatibility issue. However, I continuously get the below errors.

You must not install Microsoft applications using Migration Assistant.

Apple applications can just be copied and pasted to the Application folder, and will run correctly, not so Microsoft applications.

Instead re-install using the original Microsoft Installer file.

Microsoft applications require a custom installation, which only the original installer can achieve.

As you have remnants of the Microsoft applications on your Mac, these will have to be removed manually prior to installing correctly. Use Find any File to locate these files, then move them to trash then empty the trash.
