Blue dot in night time photos

I have iPhone 13. I can’t figure out how to set a photo for night time and/ or remove the blue dot whenever I take a picture at night… moon etc.

Night photos are blurry, or purple I have a 1 month old IPhone 14 pro, and it’s night photos are acting up. For whatever reason when I take a night photo with a max exposure of only 10 seconds, it shows up blurry, but if said night photo had a max exposure of 30 seconds, it shows up as purple. Their is little to no light pollution, and the phone is steady. Can anyone help me?

It's a phenomenon known as lens flare.
