Has my iPhone downloaded maleware?

I received a spam email with a html. doc attached. Stupidly I clicked the document then realised it was clearly spam. I don’t think I opened the actual document. I’ve changed email password but worried my iPhone may have downloaded malware from clicking the document.

Can anyone assist please? Thanks
