Workout complication is gone from watch...

Hi-I have a a series 7 watch running the latest software (9.3) and I have a iPhone 14 Pro (16.2). Not sure why or how but some of my complications are gone from my watch. I think it happened about the time my watch updated to 9.3. Anyway, I have tried to add the Workout complication back to my watch but so far I have failed. I also had the Achievements on my watch face and now it’s gone. I tried changing watch faces thinking I could “force” these complications back but that didn’t work either.

This is my first Apple Watch and I do love it but I’m a bit frustrated lately. Thank you for any help.

If you go to the Watch App on your iPhone and tap Face Gallery. Choose a face and you can customize the complications for any face. Workout should be one of the complication options you can add. Once you've customized the face as you prefer, tap App at the top of the page and the face will be an available face on your watch.

Try that and let me know if you can't do that.

Yes, that is the way it should work and that has worked in the past but not anymore for me. I add the complications and they appear in the Watch app on my phone but they don’t appear on the watch itself.

After you tap Add. You can swipe from face to face on your watch, by swiping from right to left. You can also, using the Watch App on your iPhone and tap the face you customized, then scan down to Set as Current Watch Face.
