android to iphone messages

recently traded phones from an android to a iphone now any iphone user cannot text me, why?

iPhone 12 Promax and T-Mobile My I-12 will receive all text messages but will not send to anyone who has a Android phone and not on T-mobile. Basically if you aren’t on T-mobile or have an IPhone I get your text but you won’t get mine. Talked to T-Mobile and they said messages were sent according to their system but people haven’t gotten them. And I don’t get a not delivered message. On phone with them trouble shooting and they can’t figure it out. Any ideas ? Currently running IOS 16.2

Syncing New iPad with over apple devices??? I have a new cellular ipad 10 Gen. and not all texts are received or able to be sent. Why is that and what can i do about it?

It is usually iMessages that can cause problems, normal SMS messages usually work when there is a connection to one's carrier.
