Take a Screenshot:

Take a screenshot. If it look fine in the screenshot, then it is a hardware failure, and you should get your iPhone serviced. So, take a screenshot, eMail it to yourself, and view it on another device. Go here: Take a Screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support

You may have activated Smart or Classic Inverter, to deactivate again, go to:

Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size.

Find Smart Inverter and disable. If Classic Inverter enabled, disable it as well.
