Trouble with iPhone transfer

The bluetooth and wifi on my old phone stopped working which is why I got a replacement, and now I've already transferred the esim, but I need to turn off Find My. In order to do that I need to connect to my apple id, which seems to be impossible with no cellular or wifi. I've already tried transferring the esim back to the old phone, but that isn't possible without wifi connection. What do I do?

How to turn off Find My iPhone on your iPhone

1. Open Settings.

2. Tap [your name] > Find My.

3. Tap Find My [Device], then tap to turn it off.

4. Enter your Apple ID password.

5. Tap Turn Off.

Sign into your old device and disable Find My using the device itself as described above.

By the way, there is no need to use a new ID with a new phone, and there are several advantages to not using a new ID.
