macOS Photos Memories Are Not Updating

Photos on my Mac stopped generating Memories in 2019. Is there a way to get it to create new ones? I've read other people have had this same issue but I haven't seen a solution.

I'm running the latest macOS, and I'm logged into my Apple ID. I'm not using iCloud Photos, never have.

Memories are generated on my iPhone fine, same Apple ID.

I don't understand why Photos on Mac just stopped creating new Memories in 2019.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The current version of Photos on macOS has additional Setting for the memories.

Have you enabled all of them in "Photos > Settings > General"? In particular the checkmark for "Show featured Content"?

If you still don't see the memories, try to reset the suggested memories and the suggested people in the same Settings panel.
