Lost my iPhone

I lost my iPhone the 26th of January and filed a claim on the 31st and apple just keeps giving me the run arounds since they keep saying now that it’s going to take 5 business days to review, I talked to a few different agents and they all said different things.

how long did it take you guys to get approved from aig?

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

You're not addressing Apple here. This is a tech support public forum and we, just users like you, are not aware of your "contacts/transactions" with Apple, sorry.

If you used the correct steps (provided in this support page:--> iPhone Theft and Loss Claims ), only Apple employees can manage your claim.
