How to disable long press cmd on magic keyboard

I use the cmd button frequently on my iPad Pro 12.9 running iOS 16.3. After a few seconds of holding the key I get a pop up for app specific shortcuts. I would like to disable the pop up from appearing, but cannot figure out where this is in the settings.

How to disable the blue Caps Lock popover that obscures text on iPad 5 Gen Please refer to the screenshot below. When I want to type something in all capitals on my iPad, and I press the Caps Lock key, a blue popover with an up arrow obscures the text I am typing, so the only way to type something in all caps and still be able to see what I am typing is to hold down the Shift key. I was able to disable this “feature” on my Mac Pro desktop, after a great deal of Googling, by a SUDO command in Terminal. What is the equivalent on iOS? I am also curious, what is the reasoning behind this button covering the text while it is being typed? I have never wanted such a feature, and want to remove it from my universe.

iPadOS 16, close app with keyboard I have a iPad Pro with the Apple Magic Keyboard, I was coming from a MacBook a while back and when I would close applications I would always hit the CMD + Q but that shortcut does not work on iPadOS (16.5.1) and I’m curious if there is another shortcut that I’m not aware of?

To my knowledge, the long-press of the CMD-key, intended to summon the Keyboard Shortcuts menu, cannot be suppressed from iPad settings.

I don't think this can be disabled. What operation requires you to hold that key down so long?
