I have 2 videos where the sound is muted and the volume button grayed out. All other videos have sound and work when I play them. My phone is up to date, I’ve already restarted my phone, and I don’t have Bluetooth on. Just these 2 videos won’t play sound or let me unmute..I’m not sure how to fix this.

Whare do those 2 videos come from?
I mean: did you record them with your device, or did you download them from a streaming service?
