Volume hash mismatch started with ventura install, still persists

My browsers are crashing every few minutes. Every week or two I get "Volume hash mismatch detected" errors.

I reinstalled OSX Ventura completely. no change

I've tested the memory modules and SSD storage using Apple Diagnostics, no issues were detected.
