My iPhone 11 it s getting hot when i put on charge, and i bought the iPhone 2 days ago.. why?

It is TOTALLY normal for your iPhone to get warm when charging, especially if you are using it at the same time.

I have a program on my Mac that monitors my iPhone battery via WiFi, and I can see when my iPhone is charging, it can easily reach 35+ degrees Celsius. Unless it gets so hot that you can't hold it, it's probably completely normal. No reason to worry.

The iPhone 11 is not a new model. Did you buy it used? Or is it supposed to be brand new?
