I subscribed a few days ago to watch Ted Lasso. Have happily watched Series 1 up to Episode 8, but can't get it to work on 9 or 10 - there is a diagonal green line across the screen and the picture is completely wonky. Any thoughts? Any previews are playing fine, and other series and
episodes seem OK.

We managed to watch in the end by using a different laptop. I noticed it was fine on my phone. Very very odd, I’m and I’ll be very unimpressed if it happens again. Only signed up for Ted lasso and slow horses…. Might only give it a month. 😡
I got the exact same visual issue, except on episodes 3 and 6 last night (and this morning). Like watching scrambled HBO back in the early days of cable.
Worked on my phone as well, I haven't tried another computer yet. Thanks for the update!
