Using 25 watt charger for iphone 14

Is using 25 watt charger for iphone 14 harms the battery ? Is it too fast ? Is 20 watt is better ?

It won't harm the battery. The phone won't draw more power than it was designed to. You can use 140 watt power adapters (but it won't charge any faster). See the following from Fast charge your iPhone - Apple Support


Fast charging works when you use an Apple USB-C to Lightning cable and one of these adapters:

  • Apple 18W, 20W,2 29W, 30W, 35W, 61W, 67W, 87W, or 96W, or 140W USB-C Power Adapter
  • A comparable third-party USB-C power adapter that supports USB Power Delivery (USB-PD)
