"Calendar travel time: I have a home in CO and MN and not all calendar events so this. I am using wifi and cellular on my phone and entered the event on my iPhone while in the parking lot of my next appointment which recognized my location. However, the event I entered on my computer thought I was in MN. Now I just tried to enter a new event to the same place and my computer knows where I am for the new appointment but not for the old appointment. Weird."

Perhaps it's a Bug Going Around?:
Over that last few days, I've read a few posts about iPhones making their own changes. So, maybe there's a bug going around? Or maybe it's all coincidence? Either way, report this to Apple...
Provide Apple Feedback:
Do your Part: Report this issue to Apple. Something they should be made aware of. Apple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what fixes to include in updates to come.

Troubleshooting Location Inconsistencies:
A. VPN and Location:
Are you using this for only Wi-Fi, and not Cellular? If so, then a VPN may get in the way here. Keep Security Software off of Apple devices. It just gets in the way on an Apple device, and this is a pure example of how and why.
B. New iCloud Session:
Log out of iCloud, and then log back in.
C. Have you Relocated?:
Verify that the address of your Apple Account is correct. Go here: https://appleid.apple.com/
