How can I uninstall rosetta 2
I'm new on MacMini M2.
See some processes run in Intel, I would prefer to see them failing instead of running emulated.
So how can I uninstall Rosetta2? (Why is It even installed?)

Why? It only runs if needed.
Did you read this article?
If you need to install Rosetta on your Mac - Apple Support
Rosetta 2 is only installed if you run an Intel app. I don't believe it can be uninstalled once installed. At some time in the future my understanding is macOS will no longer include Rosetta 2.
If you need to install Rosetta on your Mac
Rosetta 2 is only available on Apple Computer with the Silicon M1 / M2 CPU.
There are three categories / types of software that can run on the Operations System.
Only Intel Binary Code. This software will invoke Rosetta 2 to translate the Intel binaries so the operating system can understand and execute the Application. The Applications must be 64 Bit to function on Big Sur, Monterey and Ventura
Universal Binary Software. It contains Both Intel and M1/ M2 ARMs binary code and refer to ( Universal 2 ) When the user installs a 64 bit Application that contains Both Intel and M1 / M2 ARMs binaries - depending on factors, the Operating System may or may not invoke Rosetta 2.
“ Apple Silicon “ Checking in System Information >> Applications >> as of now, only see One Application classified as Apple Silicon and that is “ Rosetta 2 Updater “.
That would make perfect sense since. It is specifically designed to operate only on Apple Silicon M1 / M2 ARMs based computers
and I would have preferred the process to fail, instead of running this relict.
Sad to hear that there is no option to uninstall it.
Well, you could always do a clean install of Ventura and check the apps you want to install and make sure they are Universal apps before you install them.
There are numerous app that are useful that aren't Universal apps.

All the previous suggestionss seem reasonable to me.
Even the older and Original Emulator was present and part of the older versions of OS X during time of Apple Transition from Motorola PPC to Intel CPUs
Why would it be " Duck Tape " now as Apple moves from Intel to Apple ARMS based Silicon CPUs ?

I have 21. 20 of them have to do with Adobe apps.
786 (bc -e $(ps aux|wc -l) - 2) Processes run perfectly fine as "Kind" Apple (as Activity Monitor describes it). So why would I "love" having Rosetta for single program that is "rotting"? I would really prefer to see that process, and potential future processes to fail. And it don't say every or any other person has to handle it the same, but still I would love to see that process fail.
1) Hold down Option key, and from the Apple menu choose System Information
2) Under Software, select Applications. Give it a bit to populate, then click the header of the column titled "Kind".
This will sort all your applications by kind, and make it clear to see which ones say "Intel".
Cause now I could miss that some software is running as "legacy" and should be burned.
maybe. And I can see that this is a good default for a lot of users. But still I would love to opt out of it. I prefer seeing things fall apart, instead of being hold together by duct tape :)
