Is there a way to install macOS13.2 on Mac mini M1 without connecting to internet on installation device?
Recently, I was advised by the Apple Support Team that you must have an internet connection now to install macOS 13.2? I found that strange, as wasn’t that the whole point of creating a usb installer (to not have to connect to internet on installation device)?
I live in Australia and our government recently introduced a new Surveillance Bill in late 2021, which requires tech companies to provide technical assistance to modify devices on request. Now it seems you can’t install a fresh Ventura install without it connecting and installing extra goodies?
Are all countries like this, or are Australians now getting a special “modified” version of Ventura - has anyone been able to install Ventura 13.2 without internet, because I am being told that is not possible by Apple support now?
I used to be able to create a usb and install without any internet previously?
