Apple watch series 8

Hello, I am a nurse and I need the minute hand of the watch to run continuously without having to touch the watch or move the arm every 10 seconds, is there a way in setting to fix this problem for me?

It looks like you have a Series 8 watch. If that's the case, do you have the "Always On" display turned on?

Using your phone, open the Watch app and then click on Display & Brightness.

Right under the brightness slider you will see "Always On". Does it say that it's on or off? Turn it on.

Then, what watch face are you using? I see that the Metropolitan one has a minute hand as well as a second hand.
