Old machine : Mac mini 2018-19 Catalina
New machine : Mac Studio Monterey
Already transferred all files to new machine manually.
How do I transfer all music from old to new? Some is purchased other are ripped from Cds I own.

Hi Steve,
Since you have already copied the library to your new computer, open Music and make sure all the songs are present and playable.
Once you are satisfied that the new library is intact and complete, go ahead and sync your phone to the new computer, per this guide:

To further explain:
When I try to add music to my library, I see it in Music but it will not sync to my phone.
I assume it is because it is still synced only to my older Mac mini.
