Business not showing up on Apple Maps

Hi,

I’m having issues with Apple Maps. My business is not showing up in the area and I spoke to someone on Apple Support about it. Now the business that was there before mine is showing up but that business doesn’t exist anymore! I’ve notified Apple Maps about this but hasn’t been resolved yet and it’s been a few weeks! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Business showing as Permanently Closed on Apple Maps Our business has been marked as permanently closed on Apple Maps I have claimed the business previously on Apple Business Connect and on there it says that we are open but on Apple Maps it is saying we are closed. Apple Maps showing business permanently closed Apple Maps is showing my business is permanently closed. My business has never been closed. I just do not understand how this could happen without verification from the business owner. Attempts to correct this lead me in an endless loop. I keep being directed to the link below which states: Service Maintenance Places on Maps service maintenance is in progress. Please come back later. Thank you for your help!

Business Connect Listing Has Been in Review for 2 Weeks I own a small business with multiple locations, which I would like to have listed on Apple Maps. My business connect listing has been "In Review" for over 2 weeks, and I don't know what to do in order to get it listed. Is there a help line or person that I can contact to figure out what needs to be done? I'm completely lost.
