The last screenshot you posted shows you are trying to start up your Mac from a Startup drive.
It appears that no drives with potentially-bootable MacOS can be found.
You may need to go back to Recovery and try again.

No it doesn’t , i did everything . I’m waiting for this to complete downloading but it took me forever
see if it appears after a Restart.
Your first screenshot does not appear to have the power adapter connected. it is generally required, because the cost of running out of battery mid-install is a disaster.
So is there is anything i can do, or maybe u can help me please
