Sharing certain Apple subscriptions, such as Apple TV+, requires Family Sharing.

One adult user in the group has to take on the role of organizer, and invite the other group members, each by their own Apple ID account. The inviting has to be done on an iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Once the others accept the invitation, then each will have access to the subscription content through their own Apple ID account.
