Hidden app

It is listed under battery , on a list with only apps on it . It ran in back ground for 5 minutes . I do not have any widgets . 2 times i used a photo i took as a wall paper never downloaded any wall paper . The apps you have in your example , i never used and i deleted them right away when i got my phone. I do not have a bunch of apps on my phone . I have 19 apps total on my phone . This is the 2 nd time an app showed up under battery and no ware elec. i never download any bundles . My guess is apple put some apps on that only run in the back ground to help or enable the phone to do stuff . If apple did not put it on the phone then my phone is hacked . I do not think my phone is hacked . My phone started doing things that people list as signs of being hacked . Sometimes but not all the time it gets real hot fast , the battery drains fast, my data gets used up fast (i have a large data plan because i don't have wi fi ) and a couple other things. But i check that no other devices are connected on my apple id . I turned off most options on my phone . No screen mirroring . I check keyboard to make sure there are no extra . I check how much battery apps use . On that list of apps is ware i found the app that is hidden . I could go on but it is getting long . Thank you for responding . Also i looked up the app by its name it is an app not a widget or wall paper .
