On your device, go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn on Bluetooth. Stay on this screen until you complete the steps to pair your accessory.
Pair a third-party Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone or iPad

This can not be the solution. Bose needs to update their app immediatly (actually since iphone 14 pro is on the market)
only occurs on iphone 14pro and pro max.
bose doesnt move in this issue. Better change the brand to Sonos
I have the same issue with Bose speaker 500. I am able to connect only once (first time) using a new email address. My 14 Pro Max is connected and I am able to control my speaker. Then I turn off my Bose Music app. After turning on Bose Music again, the app doesn’t detect Wi-Fi.
By the way - it works with IPhone 14 correctly.

I have been having the same issue since I got my 14 Pro max. Really not cool. I am seldom unhappy with Apple but as a former IT person I saw this situation many times where neither participant in a problem (Bose/Apple) would take ownership. Someone needs to own it whether the root cause is their device or not.
Actually in this case it has to be something different about the Pro and Pro max if their release initiated the problem.
Thank you for your comment. Also I am for 30years IT Manager. Its such a disapointment, that none of both companies take efforts or responsabilty to this issue. Over 6 month many people are not able to use their bose sound appliance by app. How can such a premium (they call them self premium !?!? highly doubting) not update their app in 6 month. New appliances from apple came out, it is a must, to test it trough. Even if they dont find the issue them self, they had countless compliants from customer. But they keep the issue on hotline supporter level.
Opening a ticket and let it solve by some east european or west asian people. (the main thing is cheap and high profit)
oh wow - what good news. Incredible. this premium brand factory really update his app after 6month of have issues with it.
nice to hear, that the wisper really hit the developer. Proud on that brand -😏
Just upgraded to 16.4.
same problem.
thanks for help. actually in a house with different installed speakers, WIFI is a must.
Same issue here with an iPhone 14 ProMax. The new ios 16.4 did not fix the issue.
after chatting with bose customer tech, they advise that an update is coming to 6.3.4 for the Bose Music ap for iOS. Will wait and see if that fixes it!
Bose pushed a new update to the Bose Music app today and it fixed the wifi issue for me!
Just updated it :) it works!! - yess. Thanks for your message
Same here 16.4 iOS fixed it. Thanks
