hi! This is my first time to encounter white screen only for this IPHONE 13PrO model. I’ve had past units like iphone5,6,X but didnt have this issue.
I purchased ip13PrO last Nov-2021 and encountered the issue last 11-Feb 2023. I’m not sure if apple is considerate enough to fix this as I’ve researched that so many has reported this issue.

Try this:
1) If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on or is frozen
2) Otherwise, the most common reason for the white screen is a failed software update. See this:
